This new home in Anderson had it all. However, the steep grading the builders required could put the homeowner's investment at risk. While the steep banked slope offered privacy for their new backyard; future erosion issues could easily turn their dream in to a nightmare. 

Durgan Landscaping provided a free assessment, and solution, that not only gave this family the protection they needed... but, an aesthetic oasis they wanted. We provided a full landscape solution by extending the back patio with Tremron pavers and solved potential drainage issues with riprap on the clay bank. We created a custom drainage system around the downspouts that were not originally installed when the house was built. To finish it off, Bermuda 419 sod, and irrigation system, was installed to create the ideal backyard escape without fear of erosion or wash out.
