We provided a full landscape solution by extending the back patio with Tremron pavers and solved potential drainage issues with riprap on the clay bank. We created a custom drainage system around the downspouts that were not originally installed when the house was built. To finish it off, Bermuda 419 sod, and irrigation system, was installed to create the ideal backyard escape without fear of erosion or wash out.

Recently, a homeowner contacted us to create a more pleasant outdoor space in an area that was currently an old, standard, concrete slab. 12,000 lbs of concrete slab, to be exact. But, no vision goes unrealized as out team removed the concrete, piece by piece... Dug out 8" for paver foundation... Put down 4" of gravel mixed with granite dust.... Top dressed with 1" of sand that is screeded... And selected Tremron Olde Town 3 piece set that allows for endless configurations, to create maximum structural support. Edge brackets, along edges, help keep pavers from shifting and add an additional level of stability and integrity. And finished it of with Polymeric sand, sprinkled over top, with a vibrating tamp plate working it in between pavers.  You've heard of drab to fab... We excavated and lasered a trench that can withstand flash floods to provide a permanant solution with class "A" riprap and large river rocks that not only made it efficient; but, added charm and character to their landscape. Cell towers keep us connected, but often not the most aesthetically pleasing. Durgan Landscape used layering of native trees, such as Brown Beauty Magnolias, Bright n' Tight Cherry Laurels and White Fringe trees to add color and beauty to the base of this Verizon Tower in Anderson County, SC. 68 trees in total, spaced to mature growth, to surround the perimeter. 

Native plants and trees allow for minimal upkeep, and lower maintenance, making them perfect fits for lower traffic, more remote locations such as this one.  It's always important to consider your future vision, limiting conditions and colors/shapes/textures when planting, whether it be for a remote cell tower or your showcase front yard!

As Longhorn has long stated.... "You can't fake steak". This Anderson, SC location on Clemson Blvd knows you can't fake proper landscaping maintenance, either!  Which is why they chose Durgan Lanscaping  to provide an expert cleanup and  overhaul of their grounds.  The previous landscapers planted Indian Hawthorns, too large for the given space, which had died of entomosporium leaf spot.
